Maputo Nakuzandza describes one day in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique. We follow the stories of different characters throughout the city. Their connection is the shared urban space and a mood, that is specific to it.

5 friends, one house.

The film goes back to the beginnings of the corona pandemic and observes the dynamics within a group of friends who have isolated themselves together.

The film was shot using a set of scenes but without a fixed script. Large parts of the story were created during the filming process.
