The Saarland, a stretch of land between Germany and France, has been an autonomous mini-state since the referendum on its independence and the Saar Statute in 1955. The small state on the Saar has developed into an influential partner on the world stage, international celebrities, artists and heads of state feel at home here.

From the heart of Europe, the Saarland sends important impulses and personalities to its neighboring countries and to the whole world.

In our documentary fiction, we weave his history and that of Europe into a charming utopia with the help of contemporary witnesses and people from contemporary history.
